In my book “Power Goals” I always recommend a daily review of your goals. Write your Power Goals every day…handwriting your goals makes them more real to you. This action helps you to imprint it into your mind and move faster towards your end result.
If you are like some people and the advice of waking up early and doing this first thing in the morning does not work for you, why not make your Power Goals review a time during the day where you can turn off your computer for 10 minutes and use this time to be offline? Be away from the world online and focus on you. Grab your book with your written Power Goals and allow yourself some time alone – have a date with yourself.
